Capacity building is an important and integral component of Newtech’s services to its different clients in different countries.

Training and transfer of knowledge and technology are incorporated within Newtech’s service offerings, which are focused on capacity building requirements of its customers.


Skills Development

Newtech employees are regarded as the most valuable asset and the spearhead of the company’s steady progress. We boast the availability of a very talented, skilled and professional team that is dedicated to provide top quality services. As such, Continuous Professional Development (CPD) has always been a main pillar in the company’s strategy.

Employees are offered structured in-house and external training in addition to on-the-job development and mentoring.

For employees who are at the beginning of their careers, a Young Professionals Programme (YPP) has been developed to motivate and to promote proactivity, innovation and creativity.  Through YPP, the Company has been able to introduce a model of succession plan that aims to maintain and increase the continuous development of the Company and the Engineering Profession.
